We had an awesome meal last night that included our first harvest of wild mushrooms. After spending some time with the people from the Alberta Mycological Society we now feel confident about gathering and eating a couple of types of wild mushrooms. We cooked these Shaggy Mane mushrooms with a honey lemon rosemary sauce that comes from Honey Bunny made right here in the Peace Region. It doesn’t get any better than that!
